Bulbul adds an AI assistant to your website. It answers visitor questions about your products, services and policies using only documents you’ve approved, and shows where each answer came from.
Does it read my whole website or train on my data?
No. Bulbul only uses the document sections you approve. It doesn’t crawl your site, and AI providers are set not to train on your content. When facts change, upload the updated document.
What happens when it doesn’t know?
When approved documents do not cover a question, Bulbul asks for clarification or offers human help. Visitors can leave their email and a message. Requests appear in your inbox, with email alerts when configured.
Can it send visitors to the right page?
Yes. If an approved document links to a page on your website, Bulbul can show that link with the answer. Links always stay on your own domain.
