It helps visitors understand your products, services, pricing and policies using document passages you approve. Answers show their supporting sources. Visitors can ask questions without creating an account. Bulbul does not automatically train itself or browse your whole website.
bulbul-product-guide.md Getting started Create a Bulbul account and add an agent for your website. Upload Markdown (.md) or plain-text (.txt) documents, review the extracted sections and approve the facts your assistant can use. Test questions in the Playground, verify your exact website hostname, publish your agent and copy the script from Installation to your website. Public installation needs a hosted HTTPS Bulbul address and an active trial or subscription. If the widget does not appear, check that the agent is published, the exact hostname is verified, the trial or subscription is still active and the script points to your public HTTPS Bulbul deployment rather than localhost. The Installation screen shows your script and installation status.
bulbul-product-guide.md Documents and sources Upload product guides, help articles and policies as Markdown or plain text, up to 256 KB per document. PDF, Word files and automatic website imports are not supported by the current upload flow. Extracted sections remain private drafts until approved. Answers use approved document passages and show sources. Update knowledge by uploading a revised document and reviewing it; there is no manual question-and-answer editor. Website links can be provided when they appear in approved documents.
bulbul-product-guide.md Plans and pricing Prices are in USD. Website includes 1 website: $19 per month or $190 per year, paid annually. Each website includes 1,000 AI replies per month. Multi-site includes 3 websites: $49 per month or $490 per year, paid annually. Each website includes 1,000 AI replies per month. Studio includes 10 websites: $129 per month or $1,290 per year, paid annually. Each website includes 1,000 AI replies per month. An extra website costs $15 per month on monthly billing. An extra website costs $150 per year on annual billing. Reply allowances belong to each website and are not pooled. Annual plans are paid for a year, with reply allowances renewed monthly. Each agent serves one website domain. You can manage multiple agents in one workspace. bulbul-product-guide.md Multiple websites One Bulbul workspace can manage multiple agents. Each agent serves one website domain and has its own approved documents, conversations and support requests. Website, Multi-site and Studio plans include different numbers of website slots; additional sites can be included in a saved plan selection. Customer knowledge is never shared with this public demo.
bulbul-product-guide.md When a question needs a person Bulbul asks for clarification or offers human support when approved documents do not cover the answer. On a connected customer website, visitors can leave an email, a question and consent. The request appears in that agent's inbox; email notifications require configuration. The team replies through its existing support channel. Bulbul does not promise an immediate human reply or guaranteed uptime. The public demo's support form is a preview and does not save or send a request.
bulbul-product-guide.md Appearance and visitor access Owners can customize their widget's color, theme, font, corners and launcher position in Appearance. The isolated iframe widget is embedded with one script. Visitors do not need a Bulbul account. The current product is English and text-first; voice is planned for later.
bulbul-product-guide.md Privacy and this demo This public demo answers live with Bulbul's configured AI models using only this public product document. Questions and recent conversation context are sent through OpenRouter for safety checks and answers. Do not enter private or sensitive information. Demo conversations stay in page memory and are not saved in the workspace database. A first-party cookie and short-lived anonymous request counters limit usage. Reset clears the visible conversation but does not reset usage limits. Customer conversations and support contact details have a selected 30-day retention policy, with periodic cleanup. bulbul-product-guide.md Contact the Bulbul support team You can contact Bulbul's own support team by emailing anlabs.dev@gmail.com. The Contact page at /contact also has a Write an email button, which opens your email app. Include your website address, what you need help with and any error message, but never passwords, API keys or private customer data. No response time is promised.
Contacting Bulbul is different from the support form offered by an assistant on a customer's website. On that customer's website, a submitted request goes to that website's team, not Bulbul. This public demo's handoff form only demonstrates that customer workflow; it does not contact the Bulbul team, save a request or send an email.
Live questions and recent context are sent to our AI providers. Avoid private information. Conversations stay on this page; anonymous counters limit usage to 12 questions per browser per day. The support form is a preview.
