Create your first agent

Start with a workspace

Create an account and confirm your email, then open your dashboard. Your workspace is the home for the agents you manage. Each agent serves one website domain.

Owner workspaces require sign-in and database access. The public sample demo is separate and cannot create agents or save customer knowledge.

Add your website

Choose Create agent and enter the details below. Use a website you control and a support address your team monitors.

1. Give the agent a recognizable name, such as Acme assistant.
2. Enter the website domain, such as acme.example. Use one agent per domain.
3. Add your support email and a short welcome message.
4. Create the agent, then open Knowledge to upload its first document.

Start with one useful document

Upload a Markdown or text product guide, help article or policy. Review the extracted sections and approve the content that is suitable for visitors. Bulbul uses documents only; add any missing details to the source document and upload the updated version.

In the Playground, ask a question covered by the document, then try different wording and inspect the source. Also test a question your knowledge cannot answer. The response should ask for clarification or offer support rather than inventing a fact.
