Your website trial and reply limits

Prepare privately, choose when your trial starts and understand what counts as a reply.

01

Prepare before starting the clock

Create an agent, upload a document and approve the sections visitors may use. In the Playground, test a question the document covers and one it cannot answer. Both checks need to use the current approved knowledge.

Verify your website domain from Agent settings. When your setup checks pass and you are ready to test on your website, choose Start trial in Plan & publishing, publish the agent and install its widget. Creating an account does not start the website trial.

02

One website trial per workspace

Each workspace can start one 7-day trial for one website agent, with up to 100 website replies. The trial ends when its time or reply allowance runs out, whichever comes first. Adding or deleting agents does not reset it. No credit card is needed, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

The widget pauses when trial time ends. While time and publishing remain valid, reaching the reply limit pauses AI answers and keeps the human support form available. Your documents, settings and saved conversations remain in the workspace. The Pricing page shows monthly and yearly website bundles; you can save a plan choice, but payments are not connected yet.

03

Website replies and private previews

Website answers, clarification questions and handoffs count as replies. Greetings, safety refusals and failed responses do not. Read the usage meter in Plan & publishing for your agent's current allowance.

Playground previews do not use website replies. They have a separate limit of 50 requests per workspace per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Uploads, approvals and other AI work also have request limits.
